Losing the baby weight!!

Hello!!! I'm 24 year old mom to a 1 year old and wife to an amazing husband. When my son hit 1 and I saw that I weighed the same as when I was 9 months pregnant, I decided it was time to change for me, and for my family. I started out at 183.0, and 5'3''. That was the beginning of last week. As of right now I weigh 181, so HORRAY!!! Not a big change, but enough for me to see that it's working! Does anyone else have a hard time eating the calories that its allowed after exercise? I found that when I do Zumba first thing in the morning I'm not as hungry the rest of the day and don't eat as much. Good or bad thing? :)

    Hi I lost 15 kg after my daughter was born by walking walking walking and more walking... drinking lost of water .. and trying to eat lots of protein instead of carbs... I wouldn't recommend the latter but the walking and water really made a difference...
  • 29 yr old with 2 kids. Way to go on losing already!! That's great. Keep it up and stay positive!
