i messed up:(

i really messed up today. i had in-laws in town, i didn't make it to the gym and i pigged out on food and sat around until they left. i tried doing some tae bo and sit-ups and push-ups, but i still feel like crap. any one got any advice?

    Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and make sure to have a good day tomorrow. Get a good night's sleep tonight and just hit it hard tomorrow. Did you drink your water today? Try to make sure to get some in to help flush your system out. We all mess up, one day isn't going to sabotage you-just make sure not to keep repeating the same mistakes every day-that's what will get ya. :flowerforyou:

    chalk it up to a lesson learned, and do better tomorrow :) no need to beat yourself up over it - it happens to us all. just figure out what you can do differently next time and do your best

    Simple, just work doubly hard for the next two days and you'll be fine. It takes more than just one day of pigging out to make any noticeable difference.
