how did you all log the 30 DS

Just for my own, i have started the 30 DS, the first days i logged it all individually, is that how you all did it, or is there an easier way ??? Just wanted to know your thoughts thanks, Anita

    I use my HRM. I burn about 185 calories each time.

    I looked at what it said for me for Circuit Training, made an educated guess based on that (lowered the estimate a little, since MFP usually overestimates for me), then added it as a new exercise. I have no idea if I'm getting the calories exactly right, but I'm probably in the ballpark.

    Some people say aerobics is more accurate when they log. (:
