Determine the amount of calories in food if there is no way to determine it? For example, if you're eating at a restaurant or at someone's house?

I try to find a similar dish that I can compare it to (I like using CalorieKing.com's food database). It's at least a good way to estimate how many calories you've consumed, even if not the most 100% accurate. :-)0

i usually do a google search for the resturant and dish eg: "calamari cactus club cafe calories" and that usually brings up something. If not it exactly something similar. if that doesnot work i pay attention to what exactly is in the dish then guess the amounts and put it togeather0
