Feeling ridiculously restless (30DS)

Hi,
I started the 30 day shred today and have been feeling ridiculously restless (body has been tingling all over) since. The sensation started about half an hour after I finished. It's like my body feels tingly more than weak/achy. I find that moving around (even if it's just squirming in my seat) eases the feeling considerably, but it's a bit impractical for me to be moving around whilst typing documents, and eating lunch/dinner (especially when I start work again tomorrow..).
It's the first time I've ever tried a workout involving more than my legs (I've tried weights at the gym before, but haven't tried doing cardio/weights in the same session). I can usually walk/jog/walk//sprint etc. for extended periods, but today my whole body feels kind of tingly and well, weiiiiiird, so I'm not sure if it's normal or not.
Does anyone else feel like this after a workout? Any tips on how I can tone down the tingling sensation (which would actually feel nice if it weren't going on for so darn long!)?
Thanks in advance (:

EDIT: PS I'm not sure if I've posted this in the right board.. sorry if it's in the wrong one!
