Fat free VS regular Sour cream in baking

I have a recipe for bread that calls for sour cream.Would it taste different if I used fat free?

fat free sour creme is grose, use a fat free grewek yogurt, sooo much better! A great subsitute and then you dont have all that artificial gook! let me know how it turns out!
