Level 10 Results!

Hello,

I recently have lost 25 lbs through great nutrition and exercise. However, the holidays have derailed that success into a 5-10 lb gain. I'm working to reduce that number again and hopefully meet some friends along the way. I am mainly focusing on lowering my body fat percentage versus lowering the weight. It stands at 14.6% now and I want that number to be at 8%.

I am focusing on high levels of lean protein, concentrated nutrients and healthy active lifestyle choices. If I can help at all just ask, and if anyone cares to share certain insights or successes, I would love to hear them as well. Lets all get our next level results in 2012!
