    Have you lost 60lbs in 5 months? That is A LOT! I need to lost 60lbs and I thought it would take me about a year (minimum). would love to hear your story and any advice, tips would be great. x

    Wow! you said you have 'only' lost 40lbs. I 'only' lost 1lb. You should be very proud of yourself, I know I would be if I had lost that much. Wey to go. x

    For anyone wondering-I have a 1200 calorie limit. I bought an elliptical machine. I started out doing just 15 min. a day. Now, I'm up to 120 min. Every day. I go walk at the track at our local park when I can.I drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. No sodas, and just healthier choices. I've been doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout video since Jan. 1. We'll see how much change that does on Jan. 30. I hope that helps.

    I've been at this 4 months, and I keep thinking,"If I just started earlier, where would I be now?" I need to stop thinking that way. Because, I started it when I was ready and that's why it's working. It's never too late to get healthy.
