Hi. New year and all that and I guess we are all thinking that we should lose some weight. Well I need to lose more than some weight. I thought I might make an effort yesterday and make a start. However, by lunchtime I only had 68 calories left for the rest of the day. (Might have been the slice of chocolate cake that I had after lunch that did that - good start eh?
) Let me tell you a little about myself. I am 40 years old and live in Scotland with my husband and 2 kids. I also have a springer spaniel dog. I work full time and spend most of my free time, taking the kids to all of their extra curricular activities. I really don't get much time for myself.Could do with the "moral support" from others and obviously could do with some "friends" to help me on the way. So can I be added to some of your "friends" list please.
