Gday all
New around here and thought that I would introduce myself. I am a typical Aussie guy.
I used to work as a scuba instructor at a resort on the Great Barrier Reef and through good diet (no KFC on the island) and lots of physical activity (2-3 dives a day everyday) I was very fit and healthy at 85kg.
Unfortunately since then age has caught up with me and combined with a desk job the middle age spread is taking control ..... anyway I have decided to take control back and I have found this site (through the iPhone app) and I hope that people here may be able to assist with keeping me motivated and actively fighting the fat.

Hi. welcome! If you go to the Groups tag above, you can do a search for the Ausie group called Ausie, Ausie, Ausie. Great bunch of people on there...

HI there Scott. Jackie from Brissie. There is an Australian group called "Aussie Aussie Aussie". We also have a weigh in challenge which is for Australian's only. This allows us all to be in the same time zone for weigh ins, it's all in kilos, and we can all support each other. Many of us are friends for all these reasons and more. Feel free to add me if you'd like. Look forward to MFP'ing with you.
