Here's an idea...

So I'm trying to eat a maximum of 100g of carbs a day (although realistically i aim for about 60g) and today I ate an extra 27g.
So I looked online and it says 27g of carbs = 108 calories.
I did a quick add of 108 calories to tomorrow to compensate.
The idea being that you're supposed to burn more fat stores of energy when you eat low carb, right?
Sorry if I sound like an idiot, and this is either
A) really obvious or
really stupid
I know 100 calories here or there doesn't really matter, but I though its a good way of feeling like I've compensated for exceeding my goal today.
