I never use minced turkey i always use beef or lamb but i thought i'd try it
any ideas on how to season it, do you think it would still be good like a bolognaise style?

I've used it in Bolognese, lasagne and meatballs and they have been great (you can hardly tell the difference).0

I cooked my mince with garlic, onions, tomato purree, frozen mixed veg and abit of chicken stock, and i really enjoyed it
my children had the same but with garlic butter and parsley potatoes, chickpeas and cous cous
i think i will now get turkey mince all the time, and its cheaper than beef of lamb :happy:0
