P90x Reps and Weights?

I'm just wondering from those who have had success with P90x.
What are some of the numbers with Reps and Weights you're using for success, for example this was day one just as a test to see what I could handle.....

The only modification I do is on the pull-ups, I use a climbing board over a doorway. I alter hand grip and amount of fingers used for each set.
