Wake up call

Hi everyone,

I have put on a lot of weight over the last 6 months after suffering from a knee injury. After seeing some family after 6 months and them all being shocked at how much bigger, showed me how much in denial I've been.

I've been sitting around and eaitng for way too long, and I have joined a gym to increase the strength in my knee and to lose this weight. I'm hoping that recording what I am eating will lead to making better choices, and a reduced waist line :).

So I just wanted to say hello, and good luck everyone!
