I'm pretty sure my scales are directionally challenged.

There are days when I HATE my scale. Then I just remind myself that the scale is just another tool in our arsenal. For the first time I have taped myself and can't wait to retape at the end of the month. I also notice how my clothes fit and how I can walk faster and have better control of my breathing and have more energy. (Although I would be remiss if I didn't mention that there are days that I literraly stick my tongue out at the nasty scale:laugh: ) Good luck:flowerforyou:0
