New to site... question about homemade recipes?
I apologize if this has been asked before, or if the answer is just really obvious to everyone but me. :blushing:
I was wondering how you all keep track of a homemade recipe in your food journal? For example, I look up recipes all the time on AllRecipes.com, but I often alter the recipe to make it more "low fat" or just to suit our own tastes.
How do you all handle this situation?
Thank you! :glasses:

I either enter it as "My Foods" or enter each individual ingredient and amount.
You can use a recipe calorie calculator when you're entering "My Foods".
