30 day shred for the last 10

Throughout my journey since June, I have done Wii fitness and "my fitness coach but kinda got bored with it. I actually have not exercised much in the past 2 months due to mostly laziness. I have steadily lost weight but now that I am on the last 10, it has slowed down tremendously. Has anyone done the 30 day shred to help with those last few pounds?

  • I'm just starting my journey and I'm up to level 3 of the 30DS. So far I've lost 4.5kg and 50.5cm. =D I think it'll help.. but thats just from my personal experience =D Good luck and well done on your before and afters!

    EDIT: 4kg is nearly 10lbs =D
  • The 30DS is brilliant! I've been using it for a few months now, just as my daily cardio. It's hard work, but you really do see some fantastic results :D give it a search on here, and you'll see lots of people who have benefited from Jillian's shouting! :P

    Great photos and wow, you've even begun wearing cute clothes - good on you!

    I wish I could help you with the last 10 lbs but that's all I need to lose and I haven't been successful yet. Although Jillian Michaels Vids are fantastic.
