Ok, so I know this has been asked a million times, It's boring but I need someone to tell me like I'm a child...simply!
I've been told that you should eat all your calories (1200 for me) and exercise calories but then been told to not eat my exercise calories.
Plus the whole net calories thing, I'm not sure what that is about.
Plus what exercise, weight training or cardio for best fat loss? I'm totally at a loss, I'm really new to all of this.
I just want to do it right this time...no cheating, no kidding myself. This is for my health after all.

I hope that helps
CARDIO is the best for burning fat. But it is best to do cardio as well as strength/weight training at the same time so you are burning fat without loosing muscle.0
