High Rep Low Weight Compound Lift Routine

Hello MFPeeps! I've been a member of the site for a while and have been running exclusively since last July. However, my plan is to run about 3 days a week, with rest days between. I want to run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (long run). I want to lift on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. However, as I'm not trying to bulk or gain, I thought it would be prudent to stick with high rep, low weight workouts. I'm a big guy at 6'2", 255lbs and am not a novice to lifting.

I only want to do compound lifts, but it is proving to be a difficult task finding a "starter" routine for someone that is not interesting in bulking. I'll do isolation if I have to, but I would really rather not if I can help it (outside of an accessory) lift. If you have a program that I could use to point me in the right direction, or have any advice regarding this goal, I am all ears. I'm depending on the community of lifters that I know are out there, so thanks in advance for any advice you can possibly provide. INB4 Broscience, lol!
