I need advice!!

Okay Im very new to this so any advice will help me. Im on the body by vi shakes ( 1 for breakfast and 1 for dinner) They are 180 calories each then I eat lunch which usually is Chicken breast or salad (between 300-600 calories). My goal on MFP is 1400 calories a day......I usually only eat 700-1000 calories. Im having problems eating enough calories? Also working out on my ellipitcal 30 min every other day. Will I lose doing is or is my body in starvation mode??

you either have to listen to the program you're on or mfp. the two programs have different ideas about how to go about losing weight and if you look at one in light of the other you're going to have problems keeping things straight.
i personally think 700-100 calories a day is way too low, especially if you're working out on top of that.0
