I became very motivated about a month and a half ago and have consistently logged, measure myself, weigh in, exercised, watch what I eat. I feel strong, confident, and energetic, and very proud of myself for becoming consistent. I started on the scale at 211 it went down to 206 and back up t0 212 and fluctuates between 206 -211. Grrr.

However here are my measurements which make me happy!

Starting:
L Arm: 14" R Arm: 14"
Hips: 45" Waist: 41"
Neck: 14"
L Thigh: 26.5" R Thigh: 27"
L Calf: 15" R Calf: 16"

One Month and 5 Days Later:
L Arm: 13.5" R Arm: 13"
Hips: 43" Waist: 37"
Neck: 13.5"
L Thigh: 25" R Thigh: 25"
L Calf: 14 3/4" R Calf: 14 3/4"

I have lost around 15 inches!

So overall I am of course happy with inches loss and the change in my fitness level. I work hard and I'm proud of that. However I still feel like the scale needs to be down maybe this month will be the month!

Congrats! That is a major transformation! Keep up the good work, I'm sure it will keep paying off.
