Hi, I'm meeting a friend at VI tomorrow for breakfast. I just started this week and don't want to blow it. Any suggestions for what to eat? Thanks much!!!

    You could always do the VIB... they offer scrambled egg whites or (I think) egg white omelettes, oatmeal, fruit, and a number of healthier options.

    Stay away from the pancakes, or if you do get them (and I wouldn't blame you) stay away from the sauce and whipped cream (OMG sugar....)
