my BIGGEST problem is posture!

I have terrible posture. I don't know what from, or why, but I do. I often do shoulder exercises to tighten my muscles but I was wondering if anyone had any other effective ways to combat bad posture! I know if I can sort it out it will probably cut kgs off the look of my tummy.
