Feeling frustrated...

O.k., before I share my vent, I will say in advance that I know that I am early in my journey and have had great success thus far. My frustration is just with why the body can be unpredictable. This week I lost 1.2 lbs. While a loss is a loss, I was disappointed with that amount. Based on the numbers, I should have lost at least 3 lbs. That is, with my workouts and my calorie reduction. I know that it's probably water retention (e.g., due to an increase in exercise this week, salty foods, etc.). I still just needed to vent my frustation. I will not change my plan or routine, since I have lost 27 lbs. in the last 8 weeks. I understand that's a lot and I'm proud of myself. I'm just frustrated when my body does not yield a loss equal to what my calorie reduction and exercise are on paper.
