My daughter tells me I need to reach out - not easy- dieting/weight loss has always been a private matter for me. But I'm tired of trying to do it on my own. And I'm sure not being successful on my own, so....

My name is Wendi. I've been on MFP for about 4 months now. Started following keto based on my daughter's success, but it's not bringing the numbers down for me. I really like how I feel without all the carbs and sugars though, so I'm going to keep at it, watch the calories (better), and add in as many veggies as I can.

Right now, I'm back up at 184 - I'd like to get down to 160. At 45, I'm looking for healthy weight I can actually maintain. The days of 130s are long gone! :-)

Anyone else need support? Thanks!:flowerforyou:

I'm low-carbing it too, but with a lot more to lose than you do. Feel free to add me as a friend!
