After trying different diets and gaining back the weight I thought I will give this a try & see how it goes. I have strated tracking what I eat. The recommended cal for me is 1200 /day. I will start going to gym from tom and make sure I get min 30 min exercise. I will need a lot of support and some help finding healthy recipes. This site looks great and hopefully it will make me a healthy person for life. I am 39 (almost 40 ) 5'1 height & I weight 61 kg . My goal is to loose atleast 6-7 kgs.
