LOW-FAT CHERRY COBBLER

INGREDIENTS

1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 1/2 cups sugar
6 egg whites
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 (20 ounce) can reduced-sugar cherry pie filling

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing bowl, beat yogurt and sugar. Add egg whites; mix well. Combine flour and baking powder; stir into yogurt mixture. Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Spoon cherry filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes or until filling is bubbly and toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Nutritional Analysis: One serving equals 190 calories, trace fat (0 saturated fat), trace cholesterol, 100 mg sodium, 43 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 4 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1-1/2 starch, 1-1/2 fruit.

    Quick question - How many servings are in the cobbler? I was thinking of trying this, but want to make sure i divide it up properly :-) Thanks!

    Serves up to 15 but it depends on how big you want them.:flowerforyou:

    Just wanting to know whatever the serving size is for the nutritional content provided in the first post :-)

    Buut.... I suppose I can do what I always do and just add up the calories and whatnot from each indivdual ingredient, and then divide it up into a set number of serving portions from there... I was just feeling lazy and didn't want to do the math :-)
