Day 1 of my new fitness regime, also known as the "Shift yer erse before the Big 4 0" programme. Or "SYE". I'm carrying an extra stone of weight since I had the kids, got a car and stopped walking so much plus meds that make me lethargic. I joined here in the hope it will keep me motivated.
So, today...workout done (arms, butt and powerstretch today). Healthy lunch of salad wraps. Decent trainers and knee supports ordered to see if they'll support my gammy knees enough to try jogging.
