Can anyone tell me how to get started on lifting weights, I have a small set of I think 2kg weights that I'd like to start doing some reps with but I don't have the luxury of going to the gym
Any advice you can give me and I'll be very gracious!

Start with basic moves like squats, rows, deadlifts, shoulder presses, lunges (forward and backward) and push-ups. To get the most benefit (results) you'll need heavier dumbbells.0
