Awesome Lettuce Wraps!! Low cal/ Low fat & High Protein

Options
1 pckg Jenny-O Extra Lean seasoned white turkey patties (95/5)
1 head iceburg lettuce
1 bag broccali slaw
1 avocado
Small jar Mount Olive Jalapeno slices

1. Brown turkey patties ( chop up into crumbles while browning- No need to season as they already are)
2. slice lettuce head in half & pull off desired amount of lettuce bowl/wraps - rinse & dry
3. spoon in desired amound of cooked ground turkey ( for single serving I use 1 1/2 patties- = 6 oz)
4. throw in a handfull of broccali slaw
5. add some thin strips of avocado
6. Add jalapeno slices to taste ( I used at least 6-7 slices)

Im going to make them w/ Orange Roughy fillets next time. Sort of like a fish taco w/out the flour tortilla.
