I've read that juicing is supposed to be extremely healthy for you. That they act as a diuretic, aiding weightless and digestion, and iare full of essential nutrients, but aren't the juices very high in carbs and sugar? Wouldn't they do the opposite of what people say the juices do?

  • I personally feel that only a traditional diet and exercise will reduce weight and keep it off. As for juicing, see what the Mayo Clinic has to say:

Also, see your doctor when starting any diet. Mine put me on the diet that I'm on now, and it works.

Juicing is VERY healthy... but it requires that you juice your own foods. Don't buy anything already made, buy your own fruits and veggies. Veggie juicing is especially recommended since most of us do not take in enough veggies in our diet. There is no added ingrediants and your body absorbs all the nutrition easier because your body doesn't have to use too much energy to digest it. It is recommended that we should fast everytime the season changes for a few days by only juicing. Look into different types of veggie juicing recipes and then try it to see how you feel after. I work with a lot of people that are health nuts and we do our research into people that are dedicated to healthier lifestyles and every expert we have found says the same thing, juicing is great for your health.
