turbofire /shakeology Challenge!!!

Hey everyone! I am starting my second round of turbofire, I would like to know if anyone is interested in joining this team so we can encourage and motivate one another. I will set the start date once I get a few interested people to join. This will be my second round of using Turbofire and shakeology, I received great results with the first round and cannot wait to start round 2. If you have any? regarding this challenge or either of the products please message me. If you like hip hop music and love to dance this workout is for you. :smile:

    I did the entire program without missing one workout. I lost approx. 18lbs and tons of inches. About 3 weeks into the program I started using Shakeology, which I highly recommend, it gives you tons of energy and makes you feel so good.
    I really pushed myself throughout every workout. What are your results so far?
    If you have any?'s feel free to ask. I also have a group on FB where everyone can motivate and ask any ?'s you may have about the program. If you are interested let me know.

    You can count me in! I'm in the middle of my 4th week. I had to repeat the 3rd week since i ended up getting sick. This is my first time, i wish i would lose more weight but i lost 3 inches off of my waist! I'm not doing shakeology, i just can't afford it, but I'm doing two shakes a day with strawberries, bananas, tons of spinach, almond milk (mmm) and chia seeds. I need to lose this baby weight ASAP!!! lol.

    yeah a lot of people sell it and make commission. beach body advertised that you can get a free coach but i found out pretty fast that all they do is try to push products on you. My "coach" tried her hardest to tell me that i wouldn't lose enough of weight without shakeology.

    I just started the P90X - I am switching on monday - going to try the lean, right now I am on week 2 of the classic and I don't think its doing what I want it to do...

    Is turbo fire much different??

    I've never done p90x but from what i hear its more focused on muscle building, turbo fire is more cardio. There's some toning and a lot of stretching but its mostly a dancey type of cardio. I love it but its tough!!

    P90x is more of a weight training video. Turbo fire is a HIIT training video. You r gonna do a lot more high energy cardio then p90x. I personally find p90x cardio videos really boring and slow.

    Also your coach shouldn't push shakeology on you. Yes, the coaches make a profile off people buying shakeology but it's not very much. Coachs r suppose to be there to help you and if you can't afford the shake then they can give you advice on how the shake can help better you but not everyone can drink shakeology die to Heath reasons.

    I personally like shakeology and have notice more energy since drinking it. I haven't lost weight off it but I have lost inches.

    I have done 2 rounds of TurboFire and loved it both times. Right now I'm doing a hybrid of TurboFire and Chalean Extreme (not the one in the TF program). Adding the the strengthening to TF has helped me to break the plateau I've been on and I've lost 9 pounds in my first 5 weeks.

    i am currently doing a p90x/ turbo fire hybrid. did 3 weeks of p90x, then 2 weeks of TF and on monday started week 1 of my hybrid.

    i do p90x weight days, m, w, and f and on those days i add a TF HiiT work out. on tu, th, and sa i do turbo fire cardio dvds. sunday i do a TF HiiT and x stretch from p90x.

    so far, so good.

    i drink shakeology from time to time, but i mainly use body by vi shakes as my protein shake. and NO i am NOT a beach body coach nor do i sell any kind of product at all. i just happen to like them and they work for me. so, i will recommend them to others, but not because *I* get anything out of it :-)

    i'm currently in the middle of a challenge, otherwise i'd join yours :-)

    I just tried Turbo Fire for the first time! OMG it was so much fun!

    How did you learn the moves tho? It was so fast paced I had a really hard time trying to figure out the moves. I normal catch on so fast and can memorized a DVD workout by just doing it 2 or 3 times, but I don't think thats going to happen with these ones!

    Oh, I did day one of the 20 week program so the Fire 30 Class and the Stretch 10 Class. Should I start with a different one to learn the moves?

    Did you watch the version of the workout for first time users where she breaks down the moves? It makes the workout longer and ruins the flow a bit, but you only need to do it for the first few times.

    I'll be honest, I just downloaded them. So in the torrent I downloaded I only have breakdowns for 3 of them. Do they all have breakdowns?

    they all have breakdowns. the thing is, the work outs are VERY fast paced!! VERY! especially the HiiTs.

    you just have to do them a couple times before you catch on. and the work outs are ALL different!

    the only constants are the warm ups and cool downs.....

    you can watch some people on youtube do the work outs. that could help a little. there are a ton of videos.

    I love how fast they are. I'll go through each workout a couple times before I start the program then. That should help me pick them up.
