we have found the greatest thing for wraps. they are called flat out flat bread. they come in 4 different flavors. they are made perfectly for wraps. i live in ohio and we just found them so im not sure if they are available where you are. They vary in calories from 90 to 100 per wrap. So delicious. we stopped buying normal tortilla wraps due to their horrible amount of calories.

im guessing if you googled flat out flat bread you would find them.

    good luck.

This!!! It is all we use now... They are good for chicken, lunchmeat, veggie wraps, we even brush them with olive oil bake them at 350 for 5 minutes, pull them out and put our favorite pizza toppings on them and bake for another 14-16 minutes til cheese is brown... Very good wraps....
  • Flatouts is all we use too here...

Flatouts! The thing I really like about them (on top of the taste and low calories) as that they don't crack or break when you roll them into a wrap... They are sort of "stretchy" and you can roll them nice and tight. Love 'em!

The Flat Outs sounds great. I've been using the Sante Fe Tortilla Company whole wheat tortillas. I get huge packs of them from Sams Club. They are 100 calories, have 8g protein and 7 g of fiber. (Only 6g net carbs.) And they taste great!
  • Hello,
I am trying to stay low carb, not crazy low carb, but low carb. For me that seems to work best. So, I use Don Pancho High fiber Low carb wraps and they only have 70 calories. I got them at Wal-Mart. They are pretty good.

Another vote for FlatOuts. I only use the multigrain ones. Mostly because I like to say "flax"

I've heard of flat outs and hear you can get them here but I haven't found them, and while I was looking I found La Tortilla Factory Low carb high fiber tortillas, which come in both corn and whole wheat, and they're excellent.

Flat Out also makes a "light' wrap.

I like Flat Out but I've found something else that I like better if you want an actual tortilla. LaTortilla Factory Smart Delicious Tortillas, Low Carb, High Fiber. They're whole wheat and 80 calories for the large. 3g Fat, 300 Sodium, 18g Carb, 8g Protein. It's all I buy now. They also come in a small size and I found them at Kroger, but not with all the other tortillas. They were in a section near the bakery.

You should try Spinach wraps, they're the green looking tortilla wraps. They don't taste like spinach, but like a regular tortilla wrap.. So yummy!

I think the best are Joseph's Whole Grain Flax Tortillas. 70 cals a pop and high in fiber + Omega-3s. And the kicker? They actually taste good!

ETA: They're $2.79-$2.99 for a package of 6 at most grocery stores.

I use Ole Xtreme Wellness high fiber low carb tortilla. You can find it in with the regular tortillas. It is about $3 for 8 at Kroger. It is 71 calories for 1 only 2 g of fat, 12 g of dietary fiber and 8 g of protein. They are delicious! Sometimes I put cheese and pizza sauce on it for a personal pizza. Very Yummy!

My favorite is Joseph's, second favorite is La Tortilla Factory.

I loved Flat Outs at first, then I started having issues with the texture. I am weird though.

These are what I use! I prefer the whole wheat variety, but I use them for lunch sandwiches, breakfast burritos, mini pizzas, even sweets (brush with just a touch of butter, and sprinkle some cinnamon and granular splenda on the top and bake until crisp)

I like the flatouts-have to look for them pretty hard. Smith's has them, but they move from aisle to aisle. In the soup and pasta aisle, by the MExican food. Next week, who knows?
