I am finally, begrudgingly, admitting that it is sensible to eat less carbohydrates. I have been on Nerd Fitness and am going to be slowly adapting my diet to paleo/caveman as and when things run out of my store cuboards! Its only the second day since I decided to adapt my diet over, and I still have quite a lot of "healthy" carbs in the house, like brown rice and oatso simple sachets, and as a poor student I'm not going to throw food away, so i will use these up and just not buy more.
Today I feel that I have made a decent job of my day, all things considered. Please could you take a look at today's entry in my diary, and let me know if its along the right lines? I find it quite hard to get my protein over "into the red", and hard to keep my carbs "green" (my settings are standard MFP), but I have done that today.
What do you think? And if it needs more work, please can you suggest alternatives? Many thanks :flowerforyou:
Oh, edited to add: I was at work between 11am and 6pm, hence the lack of food for lunch, just two slices of my pub's lovely roast beef. Strangely enough I didn't feel too hungry today, so hopefully that's the lower carb/higher protein mechanism kicking in?

Personally, I'd lose the stir fry sauce. It's so easy to make a nice fresh one with soy/ fish sauce, ginger, garlic, chillis etc that it's not worth the additives in the bought one. Other than that, pretty good I'd say :-)0
