I am looking into getting a new pair of running shoes and was wondering what kind of shoes are really good for running??

    Running shoes vary widely. If I were you I would go to a Running store and have them evaluate your stride. Depending on this, they will recommend the proper shoe for you. I tend to stick with NB because they work well for me.

    You might also want to spend some time checking out reviews online to see if the shoe will be high quality long term. One of my favorite websites to check out is www.adidasreviews.com
