SO tomorrow I am combining exercise into my life. I have done this before but I seem to not know what I am doing. Here is my schedule:
wake up: 5:30- work from 6-3 (currently may change from 7-3)
I have from 3:30-4:45 of time where I can work out with out my kids.-
Then I have free time after 9 when they go to bed. But I need to go to bed early due to getting up early. My kids are 2 and 1 so they do need lots of attention and really can't leave them alone. Gym is out of the question right now due to being tight on money. So I have my neighborhood I can walk and run (eventually). I also have 30 day shred, Wii Zumba and other work out videos. Thank you guys in advance.

Just try to get in 45 minutes to an hour of any exercise. The Wii, exercise videos, rent exercise videos from the library or Netflix, walk, anything to get moving.
Don't make it complicated. Make it something you will do willingly. You don't need hours and hours of exercise.0
