Winter doldrums

I find myself in a slump. I did okay during the holidays in regards to food choices, but my exercise... well, it was close to non-existent. However do I find the motivation to get up and get moving again? I see people doing videos, but I don't like to stare at the TV while exercising (and I hate the boring and/or overly cheerful videos). When the weather was nicer, it was easier to get out for a quick walk or jog. Now? I sit at home, curled in a blanket with a good book!

So what kinds of things motivate you to get out and get moving?

Hate to sound like a Nike commerical....Just Do It. I just got back in from a 70 minutes walk in 33 degree weather & snow. Not the funniest thing to do, but it must be done. :) I did get to see 2 Bald Eagles...so that's good.

    You can do this...
