    Hey guys....I am 5 2" & currently ight 137. My goal is 125 ish...but i want to maintain lots of muscle...would love to meet someone (or several people for suport)!!

  • What a great idea! I'm somehow just coming to reaize what an effect my shortness has on the look that my body takes on. I've reached my goal weight. The more I workout the bulkier I seem to get. That is not the look I'm going for!

    Starting weight post baby 206 (gained 50lbs during preg and ended up at 234lbs) but gained back 10 lbs in 6 months. I have only once been above 200 and that was over 6 yrs ago due to medication so this is really killing be in more than just being unhealthy.

    So...starting weight now 216.6
    Short term goal weight is 200
    Long term goal is 150ish

    I know its better to set little goals so once I get to 200, I want to work on 5-10lbs at a time so I dont get discouraged....again!

    Count me in: I am 38 y.o., My start weight was 178, I am currently at 147 which I am happy at don't want to look sick or like a crackhead .......LOL My BMI says I should be 130 but I mainly want to tone and loose body fat now. Feel free to add.

    I am 27 years old and 5'1 on a good day :) My Current weight is 186lbs and my goal weight is around 125lbs But I would be happy to get to 135lbs!!! I would love some friends to create a support group!

    We're twins! Almost anyways, my starting weight was 131, but 144 was my highest (or at least that was when I stopped looking).
    I'm 5'2.5, 27 yrs old and now 127 lbs with 117 being my goal (maybe).

    Got down to 195 in the fall, then got nailed with an auto-immune reaction to an illness. Probably the sickest I have ever been and went on steriods.

    Current weight: 205

    Goal weight: Definitely 150. Maybe as low as 130. Would probably look sick much lower than that.

    WT - way more than I want to admit to at this time
    Goal - to lose 125lbs.
    5'2.75" And that 2.75 is very important with a 6' husband. Am the shortest in the family...
    Just started last week - have lost 5lbs so far.

    Way to easy to gain - way to hard to change those old habits.
