calories question - cooked/uncooked?

I made some Blue Menu steel cut oatmeal but am confused about the calories. The nutritional imfo is for 1/4 cup at 150 calories. It does not say though if that is cooked or uncooked. Thoughts?? I'm thinking it is for uncooked beacause I can't see a cup of oatmeal being 600 calories. Since there is such a big difference between the two though, I wanted everyone else's opinions.

If you have the package, it should say dry or prepared. But with those numbers it should be dry.0

I just made a batch and the bag says "1/4 dry"0

Thank you so much! That makes sense0

remember its 1/4 cup uncooked the calories- adding water expands it so you will have 1 cup cooked with the same calories0
