I was finding it difficult through the winter months to remain motivated with my exercise routine and diet. So I have recently joined Crossfit. My concern with the program is that I will bulk up and my weight will begin climb as I add more muscle. I'm really not certain what I need to do at this point. PLEASE HELP!! All helpful advice would be appreciated.
