Just starting to concentrate on muscle building

Hi Guys,

I have lost a good amount or excess fat I needed to lose (still have more), (now I'm sitting on approx 77kgs / 186cms tall) and now want to concentrate more on building muscle as especially my chest and arms as im very small in those areas, with at the same time still working on my stomach etc.

I will be doing all workouts etc at home not at the gym.

If anyone is doing the same thing or already seeing results id appreciate becoming friend to support each other etc
