Hi all
I lost around 35lb 18months ago but have put nearly all of it back on. This time I plan to lose all the excess I have and keep it off this time!
I have around 70lb to lose and would like to see it gone before the year is over.
Hope to meet some friends along the way too.
My main reason for losing this weight is to be healthier for myself and also for my 2 kids aged 2 and 4.

I too have lost weight and put it back on. I lost 55 pounds last year and have put 25 back on. I really need to lose about 50-55 pounds. I am married with 4 kids, work full time and going back to school. Life is pretty hectic and would love to have some encouragement along the way. I would love to get it lost by the end of the year and then learn to make a lifestyle change so that i can stay healthy for my family. I want to be around for a long time!!! :-)

I have lost before without much effort but can't ever seem to keep it off. I am turning 30 in December and am determined to start it off right! Hoping for some support along the way too!0

I am in the same boat. I have lost and gained and lost again. It seems like a never ending cycle, well I am determined to break the cycle. This year I am going to do it no matter what. I just want to be as healthy as I can be. I just need some support from people who are going through the same thing.0

Me too! I lost 43 pounds about 3 years ago and have since gained it back. I started my 2nd round of weight loss last month and have lost 10 pounds so far. I need to make sure that I maintain the loss this time. I think I just got too comfortable and started eating bad foods and before I knew it I was back to where I started. I now realize that this is something I have to deal with the rest of my life. I'm learning to make this a lifestyle vs. diet. Good luck to all of us!0
