I used the King Arthur's white whole wheat flour, and did not add the extra sugar at the end. I also added a quarter cup chocolate chips. I entered them into the data base, and it came up with 122 calories; 26 carbs, 2 fat, 3 protein, and 3 grams of fiber.

made these tonight (found the happy herbivore recipe from another awesome blog, Chocolate Covered Katie)
I followed the recipe exactly and used unsweetened vanilla almond milk
these are yum and my ingredients came out to the following per muffin (making 12 muffins):
cals: 94
carbs: 22
fat: 1
protein: 2
fiber: 3
sodium: 232
these are good, I did not add the extra sugar, they were sweet enough for me0
