I have been off MFP for some time but need to get back to it. I'm pretty good at eating right and being healthy but I have found when I don't log it in I slip way to easily. So I need to be accountable to myself which is why I love this program. I'm steady with working out at the gym. i actually love it so I'm there 6 days a week. I have been up and down on the scale and I'm looking to try to get the last 30 pounds off for good this year. I'm struggling with a thyroid problem so some days it isn't easy but hey that's why i said let me turn to everyone here. I'm looking to meet some new friends where we can support each other in this battle.
