How to get past a certain weight?

I'm currently stuck at 127 and can't seem to get past it...what can I do differently to get over this block??

    muscle tone? or are u just doing cardio? i've finally broken thru a plateau with weight-lifting, but it took weeks to build enough muscle to actually notice a weight loss. i decided i was going to be more stubborn than my fat. so i double-dog-dared it to stick around after i did more workouts and more weights each week. i won. not a full-on-hit-my-goal-weight win, but i can see it is at least possible for the first time in a decade.
  • Maybe you are right where you are supposed to be. What is your BMI? If it's in the normal weight range, congrats! You have achieved health- something that is still far away from a lot of people. In which case you would simply maintain and not regain. :flowerforyou:
