How the heck do I track for dinner? I'm not sure how I track for when I prepare meals?

There is a recipe calculator function. Enter the ingredients you use one thing at a time, the number of servings and MFP will calculate the nutritional data per serving. It is under the food tab.0

The recipe function can be amazing. I use it to figure out the calories for some recipes I find online. I also use it to change things in a recipe to try and lower the calories of some of my favorite recipes.0
