I've changed my next 6 weeks to full body workouts, a change from my splits, that are just becoming stale. 2 warm up sets, 4x8 working sets, next workout will change and my rep range will also change.
Quads, hamstrings & glutes: Full a** to grass Barbell Squats
Quads: Barbell Lunges
Chest: Barbell Bench Press
Upper Back: Wide Grip Pull Ups
Middle Back: BB Rows
Lower back: Deadlift
Triceps: Triceps Dips
Biceps: Barbell Biceps Curl
Shoulders: Military Press

Calves: Standing Calf Raises
Abdominals: hanging leg raises

recommended is 3...I do 4 :blushing: my body is accustomed to the beating. lol :laugh:0 -
Advanced body builders probably ok....for those just starting out, 2-3x a week to work the same muscle groups is probably enough....0

Try a Monday/wed/fri full body with cardio focus on the tues/thurs that's a typical week for most people starting out0
