Struggling to have all of your Calories.

So for the last couple of days , I have been struggling in having all of my calories . I already set my calories so that I can lose 2 pounds a week , so there is already a big cut.
But it started with 10 to 14 calories and now I'm having from 500 to 800 calories left over. Before now , I have been in some extreme diets (200 calories and less) for months .
My biggest fear is that I will continue with this pattern of being 500 to 800 calories and then it will get worse when I start working out.
I don't know if is because I have been waking up late and going to bed almost at 5:00 am , so at night I feel like I can't eat.
