At first I signed up because I have been watching my 6 year old son and he looks like he is having fun and I wanted to try it. Now I have a class twice a week with one other person (a person i have been friends with for a couple years) She explained that she is wanting to lose weight. Our instructor has changed the routine so we are learning TKD to defend ourselves but we are also strength training. It is so much fun! I enjoy every class!
