Using a Treadmill

I bought a treadmill, it works great. I have a 5 percent incline and when I go 2.0 MPH I feel the burn. I'm here to lose weight and get back into shape. What's the best approach to this? Within 1 minute of doing 3.0 I have to quit or I'll pass out. I know I'll look back and laugh at this post, but where should I start?

    Just keep doing that... then walk longer... then faster... then alternate walking slower then faster.... in no time, you can start Couch to 5K!

    Just get on there and do it!
